Design Statement:

The Greenville Zoo wanted a more polished look than the previous branding which featured a strong juvenile theme. The new branding is more sophisticated, yet still playful. The trunk and face of the elephant cleverly complete the bowl of the "O" in the word zoo. Greenery was incorporated into the wayfinding signs to add a pop of color to the limited color palette as well as emulate the landscape and outdoor areas. The wayfinding materials are shown as flat designs as future extensions to the branding.


Project Objective:

Re-brand Greenville Zoo, a small zoo located in the upstate of South Carolina in the trendy downtown area of Greenville. The new identity package should consist of a new logo, way-finding and complimenting merchandise..
